Collection and processing of personal data
Tobaksfakta is the Data Controller for the information collected through the website. We only collect personal data that you provide to us when you register, fill out forms or send e-mail, when you order products or services, make inquiries about ordered materials or similar when you have chosen to provide the information to us. The personal data is collected and processed for the purpose of administering the action you have requested, or as required by law, and is not stored longer than is necessary to fulfill this purpose. When you send a contact request, apply for vacancies, become a customer, sign up for newsletters, etc., you may need to provide certain personal data, such as name, address, social security number, IP address, telephone number, e-mail address and billing information. If you provide your personal data to Tobaksfakta, you consent to its processing, in accordance with this policy.
Right of cancellation and right to information about personal data.
You can at any time withdraw your consent to us using your personal data or request correction of your personal data that we process. When you are a customer with us, we need your information to be able to fulfill our agreement.
