China is a giant in the e-cigarette market. But in 2025, exports decreased slightly. The decline is 3.31% percent, reports Nicotine insider

China exports the most e-cigs to the US. In 2025, the US purchased e-cigs and accessories for just over $4,1 billion, over 36 billion Swedish kronor.

The UK is number two on the export list. In 2025, e-cigs worth over a billion dollars were exported to the British, about nine billion Swedish kronor. This was slightly less than in 2024. This is believed to be due to the ban on disposable vapes. It came into effect in June 2025 in Great Britain.

Other countries that China exports a lot of e-cigarettes to are: Germany, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates, Russia, Malaysia, Japan, Canada and the Netherlands.
